Super nice and patient lady. But I called prior to going to get a price and was told $107. When got there I was hit with unexpected fees.l, I didn’t expect but I asked about all fees before I arrived. Had to gain $50 more dollars to the already struggling budget I had. I am trying to move and that was an inconvenience. I just feel as if someone is calling for specific info. All is not given. Because I ended up paying $152..

This facility is very nice. It’s super clean and feels very secure. Easy to get set up on-line...kiosk worked great since I needed a lock for my unit, nice to be able to purchase one on site. Safe process, no face to face since I needed it after hours. 👍👍

This storage facility is new, ultra clean, secure and climate controlled. The prices are fairly low considering and the space we secured is actually larger than we needed. So far this facility has exceeded our expectations.

Mac Mini Storage is very clean. Has a kiosk where you can just walk up and rent your unit without waiting for someone to be there. You can even purchase a lock at the kiosk The people who work there are very friendly and helpful too. You can pay in person or have them take your rent using a bank draft. You can get in the gate with your gate code and not have to wait for someone to let you in. Gate access is not 24 hour access though. That would help me out since I work nights but that is the only thing I would change. S. Hill

Very easy access well lit secure and payment processing is easy which is a plus because I live 3 hours away they also have a way to get your passcode at a kiosk on the front of the office

My experience with Mac Mini Storage is very exceptional,excellence, and a peace of mind. I have checked all the storage else places which is good but at Mac they are very loving, kind, pleasant and very caring. I can't say enough about this place. Billy is so great to work with. We were moving from OKC and needed a place to store our furniture while we were house hunting for a new home in Little Rock. We would need to drive in sometimes in the middle of the night and Billy was so friendly and flexible with us. The location was great for us - right off i40. We set everthing up on the phone and I got confirmation emails sent to my inbox, but I'm sure you have the option to set it up online. I just preferred to do it on the phone at the time. Billy was eager to help in any way he could and provided lots of info up front. If I ever needed anything, he was quick to respond to my texts! When you're moving and juggling a million things at once, it's so great to have someone be responsive and actually care about you and your individual situation. If i could give more than five stars for customer service, I would! On top of that, the facility is great. Clean, safe, and well managed, with gate code entry access as you'd expect. We already had a padlock (not our first rodeo) but if needed you can purchase one along with your unit. Billy really helped us out in a pinch and made our move that much smoother. Thank you so much Billy!!
